GST will be charged on all registrations at checkout. All registrations are in Canadian dollars.
Opportunities to choose sessions and keynotes will be sent out closer to the start of the conference. 

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration with a full refund (less a $125 administration and processing fee per ticket) provided ASPECT receives written notification by Friday, October 24, 2025. This includes any prepaid group registrations. Refunds or adjustments requested beyond 6 months of the original purchase date will be refunded by EFT or e-transfer.

After October 24, registration fees are non-refundable. All registrations are transferrable to a new, non-registered person at any time. Registrations must be paid in full prior to October 24, 2025. Registrations made after October 24 must be paid at time of purchase. Please email jnichol@aspect.bc.ca if you require alternate arrangements.
