Janet Morris-Reade, CEO
Janet has been leading membership-serving nonprofit associations for nearly 20 years. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience to provide leadership, education, advocacy, and public awareness in support of community-based workforce development service providers. Passionate about community-building, she has recently returned to school to pursue her Master's Degree in Community Development at the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria.
Jennifer N, Operations Manager
Jen has a strong business background with a Bachelor of Commerce and years working at the executive level in the private sector, she keeps things running for ASPECT BC.
Pamela Daoust, Communications Manager
Pamela has 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, and marketing in the public and parapublic sector as well as in the non-profit sector. She has worked with non-profit organisations in Canada, Belgium, and Peru. With a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and journalism from Concordia University and specialised management training in marketing communication from HEC Montreal, she applies her expertise, skills, and experience to non-profits doing advocacy work. In the past years, she has managed communications and public relations for campaigns which have secured advocacy wins in Quebec, British Columbia, and throughout Canada.
