We are back for the 35th ASPECT Annual Conference!

Our theme, Reinventing Work: Resilience, Opportunity, and Community, explores the dynamic transformations reshaping the world of work and the role of employment services in fostering resilience and opportunity within diverse communities. It addresses key trends such as remote work, workforce equity, and the gig economy, emphasizing the importance of community-focused strategies to build a stronger, more connected labour market.

Taking place in person at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, in Richmond, BC on Thursday, November 13 & Friday, November 14, 2025, our conference aims to support all front-line workers, executives, and other employment professionals passionate about helping British Columbians find and maintain meaningful employment.

The ASPECT Conference is the sector event of the year where delegates learn new and evidence-based innovations that they can use in their communities. This conference has sold out three years in a row!

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS YEAR

Networking opportunities: 30-minute breaks between sessions and a reception on November 13th.

Learning opportunities: three plenary sessions and the choice of over 20 professional development presentations, panels, roundtable discussions, community consultations, and workshops.
