2024 Conference Rates

Join us in person at the Delta Ocean Pointe Hotel in Victoria on November 7 and 8, 2024. Don't wait to register, this conference has sold out for the last two years!

April 2 - October 3
Early Bird Conference Rate - $645
ASPECT Member Early Bird Rate - $545
Early Bird Group Rate (3 or more coming from the same organization) for Everyone - $445

October 4 - 28
Conference Rate - $745
ASPECT Member Rate - $645
Group Rate (3 or more coming from the same organization) for Everyone - $545

GST will be charged on all registrations at checkout. All registrations are in Canadian dollars. Opportunities to choose sessions and keynotes will be sent out closer to the start of the conference. Registrations may be canceled with a full refund (less $50 processing fee) provided written notification is received by Friday, October 17, 2024. After October 17, registration fees are unfortunately non-refundable but all registrations are transferrable at any time. All registrations are transferrable to a new, non-registered person at any time. Registrations must be paid in full prior to the first day of the conference.
