Our theme recognizes that workforce needs evolve due to economic changes, technological advancements, and shifting employment expectations, these organizations provide vital support to jobseekers—especially those facing barriers—ensuring they can access meaningful work and contribute to their local economies.
Community-based employment services are more than job placement agencies; they serve as economic engines, helping businesses find talent, supporting workforce development initiatives, and strengthening industries through collaboration. They play a crucial role in advancing workforce equity, diversity, and inclusion while adapting to and supporting entrepreneurialism and gig work. By championing community-driven solutions, they help build a more adaptable, connected, and inclusive labour market, ensuring sustainable economic growth for individuals, businesses, and entire communities.

Session Types:
Workshops: Interactive and hands-on sessions, including breakout discussions.

Sessions must avoid promotional content; product promotion is limited to exhibitor spaces.

Compensation
Historically, ASPECT has not provided financial compensation for presenters to ensureequitableaccess and promote community-driven knowledge sharing. We believe the value of presenting at the conference lies in the opportunity to build connections,demonstrateleadership, and contribute to the professional growth of peers across the sector.
This year, a presenter registration fee will apply as follows:
Theprimarypresenter’s full conference registration is complimentary.
If presenting with more thanone person,additionalpresenters (to a maximum of 3) will pay the presenter rate of $250 each.
If there are more than three presenters, they must pay the full conference rate.
