ASPECT member, Ethos Career Management Group has been offering virtual employment services and supports to its clients long before the COVID-19 crisis. In fact, they were the first in the province to create a virtual resource room for WorkBC. This webinar with provide you with a tour through their webinar services and how they deliver services through various contracts.
QmunityWorks Program is one of virtual programs that includes 6 weeks of virtual classroom training followed by 12 weeks of work experience or job placement. This program is delivered entirely online through the combined use of the ETHOS Learning Management System and video chat.
Self-Employment Program – BWCA - In this portion of the webinar we will discuss our blended self-employment program, Business Works Central Alberta. This program utilizes a combination of in-person and virtual business coaching and online bootcamps hosted on the ETHOS Learning Management System to deliver self-employment services in the most effective way for each client.
Virtual WorkBC Centre - Learn about how Ethos has taken their WorkBC Centre online! In this portion of the webinar, they’ll cover the client journey from Googling “WorkBC Duncan”, to applying for services on their own, to receiving services through our Virtual WorkBC Centre completely independently! Their Virtual WorkBC Centre includes hundreds of resources, 18 job search and sustainment workshops, one-click (or email) access to an always-on virtual room, and more!
