Developing Engaging Online Content

Presented by

Who should attend: Career Professionals, Career Educators, or anyone in the industry new to mastering online content delivery, this webinar will present strategies on how to gain confidence and build your skills in virtual service delivery.

Description:

As we pivot into our new online reality of online and virtual services, we stand either ready to engage, unsure of how to proceed, or stuck in place with fear. With pandemics such as COVID-19 and availability of modern technology as a service delivery tool, it is essential that Career Professionals have the support and tools they need to work effectively in this reality.

We will explore the industry move into online client service delivery, the ways we create engaging content and the methodologies for delivering in this environment. Attendees will take away the ability to better understand how to retain their valuable content, while still proceeding to an online environment with confidence.
