Consider applying to become a presenter at the ASPECT Conference 2025!

This year’s conference will be our biggest yet. We’ve secured a larger venue at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, allowing us to welcome 30% more delegates and expand our programming. Instead of four concurrent sessions, we’ll now have five, meaning we need more presenters to bring fresh insights and expertise to the event.

Our theme, Reinventing Work: Resilience, Opportunity, and Community, reflects the evolving workforce landscape—shaped by economic shifts, technological advancements, and changing employment expectations. Community-based employment services play a critical role in this transformation, ensuring job seekers—especially those facing barriers—can access meaningful work and contribute to their local economies.
 

We encourage presenters to align their topics with this theme and incorporate experiential and active learning to create engaging, practical sessions. We recognize this is a big ask, but we also know that sending staff to conferences is a significant investment. We aim to ensure every session delivers real value so attendees walk away with actionable insights they can bring back to their communities.
