Lunch & Learn - October Topic TBC

This Lunch & Learn series is a monthly opportunity for frontline career development professionals (CDPs) to connect, share ideas, and strengthen professional practice.

Each 45-minute session is designed to be practical, engaging, and relevant to the work happening across the sector.

Session format

• 5 minutes: sector updates
• 20 minutes: featured topic or speaker
• 20 minutes: peer discussion

Sessions focus on real, frontline topics such as employer engagement, trauma-informed practice, and job search trends.

Who should attend

This session is intended for:

• Frontline career development professionals
• Program staff, supervisors, and managers
• Others supporting employment and career services

Registration and eligibility

Participation is free for frontline CDPs working at:

• ASPECT member organizations
• ASPECT affiliate member organizations
• ASPECT individual members
