The ASPECT membership is made up of a diverse group of employment service providers, but unfortunately, this diversity is not always reflected in our leadership. To address this, we have created the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Committee. Our goal is to ensure our organization and sector are welcoming and to nurture emerging leadership within our ranks.
