Provincial Youth Employment Strategy (PYES) Project for PWD - Working Group

CanAssist is hosting a one-time working meeting to inform the development of a survey for our Provincial Youth Employment Strategy (PYES) project. The completed survey will be distributed to BC service providers who provide employment support to youth with disabilities. It will focus on the gaps and barriers to providing employment support and the best practices providers are implementing.  

To ensure they develop a concise, efficient, yet impactful survey, the project team is hoping to work with 4-5 service providers (who provide employment support to youth with disabilities) to narrow down their survey questions. CanAssist are hosting a one-hour Zoom session on May 11, from 1:00-2:00PM to discuss.  

ASPECT is supporting this project through a network of provincial organizations who work with youth with disabilities, including employment service providers.
