Please join us for the 5^th and final session of the Recruiter’s Edge, getting employers to come to you first. In this session we will be doing a deep dive into what works with employers from a recruiter's perspective.

With special guest panelist Melissa Jaalaid of Rise, we will investigate the following questions: 

• What does the behaviour look like to increase your portfolio of inclusive employers?
• How do you distinguish yourself and your candidates to "sell" them as great employees?
• If a client needs to be in supported employment, how can you broach this and what steps to take?
• How a recruiter gets the "job done" for the different employers and candidates that are in their portfolio?
