The ASPECT Organization of the Year award celebrates the contribution of one organization which has made a significant contribution to community based trainers profile and progress in British Columbia.
The award may not be presented every year. You can nominate your own organization as well as others in the sector.

The David Hutson Leadership Award is awarded to an individual who demonstrates exemplary leadership in the community-based training sector.

David’s Legacy David Hutson 1949 – 2009
1990, working as the Executive Director of Employment Options for the
Vancouver School Board, David Hutson gathered together a group of
service providers and formed the BC SED Association that became what we
know today as ASPECT.
honour his commitment to community and to recognize exemplary
dedication to the sector, ASPECT recognizes leadership in the
community-based training sector with an annual award in his name.
